PDI Surgery Center accepts most major insurances and is a participating provider with Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal, Partnership HealthPlan of California, Delta Dental, DeltaCare USA, and Anthem Dental.

Your dental and medical insurance may require a prior authorization for treatment and payment approval.  We strongly advise that you connect with our Financial Coordinator to understand more about what your specific insurance’s coverage, copay, and deductibles are, as well as what they may specifically require to help cover the costs of treatment.  Please insert Brenda’s email address: [email protected] here.

We also accept Care Credit which can help families pay their out of pocket share of costs of overtime.  https://www.carecredit.com/

Treatment for our most vulnerable patients in-need is often covered by Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal. However, cost to provide them the excellent care they deserve exceeds reimbursements from these state programs.  PDI depends on generous individual and corporate donations along with small grants to help bridge this gap.If you would like to support PDI in caring for underserved children and patients with developmental disabilities, please make a donation  every contribution counts!
