Jen Stasch, JD, MPH
Executive Director

  Jen has over a decade of leadership experience in health and human services, advocating for low-income children and other vulnerable populations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Hawaii, and Phoenix. She has a long record of working with public officials, Board of Directors, leadership teams, and diverse constituencies to resolve complex community challenges through advocacy, fund development, administration, strategic planning, and coalition building.

Prior to joining PDI, Jen spent the past two years consulting with non-profit and community-based organizations on strategic planning, fund development and infrastructure development. As the Director of Partners in Care, Hawaii, she led the administrative and programmatic operations of the island of Oahu's Continuum of Care in serving families and individuals experiencing homelessness. A proud mother and avid reader, Jen enjoys hiking, swimming, and exploring new places. Jen holds two advanced degrees including a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco and a Master's in Public Health from Loma Linda University.

Ms. Tucker, a graduate of the Southern Illinois University School of Nursing, is a Certified Pediatric Nurse who trained at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Before coming to PDI Surgery Center, she gained experience working with children as a nurse at Pediatric Associates and at Sutter Medical Center in Santa Rosa, where she excelled in the Pediatrics, PICU and NICU departments. Ms. Tucker also worked as a preceptor to train nursing students and was a prominent member of several administrative committees. Other certifications include PALS, BLS, and ACLS.

Alicia Alexander
Fund Development and Communications Coordinator


Alicia Alexander has been a part of the nonprofit world for the last 12 years. She joined PDI after being with the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County as their Marketing and Special Event Coordinator. She has a vast amount of exprience with planning and implementing large scale events and fundraisers, graphic design and marketing. With her work on the Human Race and in the community she brings strong relationships with local nonproits, business and community leaders to PDI.

Tien Tran Noble
Human Resources Administrative Coordinator


Tien joined PDI as their Administrative Coordinator, bringing lots of administrative and human resources knowledge to the organization. Her most recent position was at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas supporting a research department along with its scientists and laboratory staff. She also has previous experience providing administrative and operational support at pediatric dental facilities in San Diego, CA. Tien received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UC Santa Barbara, and is skilled in writing and developing policies and procedures to help provide businesses with more structure and organization.

Rosa Bernal was born and raised in Sonoma County. Rosa has worked in the dental field for more than twelve years with local dentists. Ms. Bernal provides PDI with translation services, patient scheduling, and administrative support. She is currently enrolled at the SRJC and her goal is to become a Pediatric Registered Nurse.
